Berrien County Courthouse suspect was handcuffed during fatal shooting

On Tuesday morning, Berrien County Sheriff Paul Bailey confirmed that 44-year-old Larry Gordon was handcuffed in the front in the moment that he stole Deputy James Atterberry's gun and fatally shot two bailiffs.
Gordon also shot Atterberry and Kenya Ellis, a civilian.
Both Atterberry and Ellis are reportedly in stable condition at Lakeland Regional Medical Center.
