Buchanan mayor to step down soon

BUCHANAN, Mich. -- Buchanan Mayor Brenda Hess confirmed she will be resigning as mayor when her home is sold.
She told ABC57 in an email she and her husband are buying a house which is outside the city limits.
When her current home sells, she plans to resign.
