Car crashes into semi on US 20/31 bypass

Photo courtesy Esther Kather SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A vehicle slid underneath a semi-trailer while driving in the eastbound lanes of the 20/31 bypass near the Locust Street bridge Thursday afternoon.
The driver of a Mustang hit high water and ended up underneath the trailer of a semi, according to South Bend Police.
There were minor injuries in the crash.
