MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- On May 12, 1999, a call to the St. Joseph County Police lead to the discovery of a body in the 55,000-block of Country Club Drive.

40-year-old Wesley Poindexter had been shot multiple times. A light-colored pick-up truck, occupied by three black men, was seen leaving the scene.
