Several Niles Community Schools have been renovated, including Eastside Connections School, Ballard Elementary and Niles High School.
ABC57 received a tour of the renovations at Eastside Connections School from Principal Joe Racht.
The school building got new ceilings, lighting and heating systems. The safety and security of the building have also been upgraded.
"I’m excited as we move forwards because our classrooms and our new building finally reflect the amazing students and staff we have at eastside. So I’m very excited as we move forward to make new memories in our new school and have a wonderful experience as you guys move through eastside connection." Principal Racht said.
Officials from the other schools are eager to show off their renovations.
