Elkhart teen behind bars allegations for several armed robberies

ELKHART, Ind. -- A 19-year-old man is now locked up.
Police say Richard Spann is behind several armed robberies in the Elkhart area.
Investigators say he held up two 7-11 gas stations and two gas stations since November 12th.
