MISHAWAKA, Ind. – A former standout at Bethel College and current head coach at Riley High School has been inducted into the NAIA Hall of Fame.
Eric Brand played basketball for the Pilots, leading the team to two NAIA Division II Men’s Basketball Championships in 1997 and 1998.
The all-time leading scorer went on to coaching after finishing his college days with an impeccable 135-22 record.
The organization says Brand has coached at numerous schools including Bethel, New Mexico State University, Baylor University, and Texas State University.
He is now in the midst of his first head coaching gig at Riley High School.
