Four varieties of Goldfish crackers recalled over Salmonella concerns

NORWALK, Conn. – Pepperidge Farm, the manufacturer of Goldfish crackers, has voluntarily recalled four varieties of the snack over a potential Salmonella presence.

According to the company, these are the recalled Goldfish snacks:

• Flavor Blasted® Xtra Cheddar
• Flavor Blasted® Sour Cream & Onion
• Goldfish® Baked with Whole Grain Xtra Cheddar
• Goldfish® Mix Xtra Cheddar + Pretzel

The company says one of its ingredient suppliers of whey powder that is applied to the snacks could potentially contain Salmonella.

No illnesses have been reported.
