Free mold remediation services offered to Marshall County flood victims

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- Indiana Baptist Disaster Relief is offering free mold remediation services to Marshall County residents affected by last month’s flooding.

The Southern Baptists specialize in mold a remediation service which includes a hospital-grade disinfectant, sanitizer, fungicide, virucide and bactericide cleaning product called ShockWave by Fiberlock.

According to a Facebook post from the Marshall County Flood 2018 Facebook page, the process does not include or rely on bleach when cleaning.

The Facebook post also suggested that residents take advantage of this service sooner rather than later as the Southern Baptist Disaster Relief is a volunteer organization with limited time to handle these services.

Residents of Marshall County are asked to call 574-780-5157 to schedule appointments.
