Lincolnway, Byrkit Avenue intersection closed for city improvements until Oct. 12

MISHAWAKA, Ind. – The E. Lincolnway and Byrkit Avenue intersection will be closed to traffic starting Oct. 8, according to Mishawaka’s engineering department.

The department had been notified that beginning at 9:00 a.m. Monday the intersection will be closed to allow for right-of-way and utility improvements.

Detours and signage will be posted and drivers are advised to avoid the area.

If weather permits, the closure is expected to last until the evening of Oct. 12.
