MINNEAPOLIS - Former Notre Dame and current Minnesota Vikings' safety Harrison Smith was ejected from Sunday's game for pushing a ref.

After an interception Titans and Vikings players were in an on-field altercation and Smith was right in the middle of it.

An official tried to pull Smith out of the pack, when Smith pushed the ref off of him.

He was then ejected from the game.

Former Irish and current teammate Robert Blanton replaced Smith in the game as safety.

Vikings went on to win 30-7.
