MICHIGAN -- In one week, Michigan voters will head to the polls.

Momentum is growing for Republican Presidential hopeful Rick Santorum.

Several polls put him ahead of Mitt Romney.

One even has him leading by 10 points, his first double-digit lead.

On Tuesday, Santorum spent the day in Arizona.

While Romney talked to supporters near Detroit, the four remaining GOP hopefuls have another debate on Wednesday.
