SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A man who was shot by a South Bend Police Officer in March after allegedly attacking the cop, was arrested again for allegedly threatening another officer.
Police arrested 27-year-old Terrance Eppenger outside of the Oliver Apartments on West Indiana Avenue last night. Police were responding to an unwanted person call.
Eppenger was shot on March, 27th after he allegedly attacked a South Bend Police officer during an unwanted person call on Elwood Avenue.
