South Bend Cubs to host Holiday Extravaganza

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The South Bend Cubs will host their third annual Holiday Extravaganza on Saturday, December 2 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The event will be held at the Cubs Den Team Store.

The event will kick off with the South Bend Reindog Parade hosted by South Bend Animal Care & Control, which will begin at the parking lot in the team store and end at Gate E.

There will be prizes for the most creative costume for your furry friend. You can also purchase gifts for your furry friend, and an adoption station so you can give a lonely pet a home.

Immediately following the Reindog Parade, join Stu and Swoop at the Cubs Den for more holiday festivities.

Kids 12 and under can make their own snowman out of construction paper as well as decorate cookies and watch a Christmas movie on the video board.

Mrs. Claus will also make a special visit and read Christmas stories.

The Cubs Den Team Store will be open from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
