State Road 23 near North Liberty blocked due to crash

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – State Road 23 is blocked due to a crash at Quincy Road, just south of North Liberty.
St. Joseph County Dispatch said one person was injured.
The crash happened at 6:06 a.m.
It is unclear how long the road will be blocked off.
