With the opioid crisis growing nationwide, a big question is who can be held accountable.
Some say that pharmaceutical companies played a role in the rise of opioids.
We spoke with a representative from Eli Lilly, based in Indianapolis, about what some pharma companies are now doing to try to combat the crisis.
