Zimmer Biomet's CEO resigns, CFO named Interim CEO

Photo courtesy Zimmer Biomet WARSAW, Ind. -- Zimmer Biomet CEO David Dvorak resigned and left the company on Tuesday, according to Inside Indiana Business.
David Dvorak's departure was announced by the Board of Directors.
CFO Dan Florin was appointed Interim CEO and a member of the Board of Directors on Tuesday. He has been Vice President and CFO since 2007.
