SB150 accommodates zip line customers

Many of the SB150's zip line customers faced long lines, and some were even turned away due to over-sold tickets.

The problem arose from technical issues with ShowClix, the South Bend Tribune's online management system.

“We had a lot of disappointed residents today who bought tickets in advance, then were turned away or unable to wait in a long line,” says Aaron Perri, Executive Director of SB150 and Downtown South Bend Inc. “We were heartened that most guests understood, in spite of their disappointment, and didn't let the glitch ruin an overwhelmingly positive day and event.”

Ticket holders from either Saturday or Sunday have the option to ride starting at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 24th.

Anyone with unused zip line tickets from Saturday can receive a refund and will be offered a complimentary commemorative SB150 poster.

Refunds are available at the information booth at the intersection of Niles Avenue and Jefferson Boulevard on Sunday.
