The first Ride For The Cure motorcycle ride will take place on Saturday morning in South Bend.
It is being put on by the American Legion Post #357.
The goal is to raise money from the ride and donate it to Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, which is a part of the American Cancer Society.
Registration will be from 8:30 a.m. until about 11:15 a.m. The ride will start and end at the American Legion. Bikers will put up their kickstands and take off at 11:30 a.m. for about a 60 mile ride.
It is $15 per bike and $5 for the second rider and up. Those who miss the ride but still want to give a donation to Making Strides can donate to the Town and Country and Western Avenue Kroger stores.
