Arbor Day at Fernwood

The Arbor Day tree planting has celebrated an old tradition and continues to gain significance as an aesthetic means of buffering the changes in our climate. Trees can shade and cool our homes, filter our air, and simply beautify our surroundings. Join Fernwood this Arbor Day, Friday, April 27, at 10:00 a.m., for our ceremonial tree planting, and take home a free sapling of your choice. To learn more about Arbor Day, visit http://www.arborday.org/. Free with paid Fernwood admission; Fernwood members free.
