ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- Praxis of South Bend hosted an open house on Monday for their new addiction treatment facility in St. Joseph County.
The facility, on Bodnar Boulevard, is a drug and alcohol rehab center offering both inpatient and outpatient treatment.
The 15,000 square foot facility has 160 beds and has the potential to help more than 1,900 people per year.
Patients at Praxis will follow a schedule aimed to help them with their recovery including individual and group therapy, special classes and increased mental health support to help avoid relapse.
"we have over forty hours a week of group therapy and an hour of individual therapy a week," Chief Clinical Officer Michelle Dubey said.
