For local farmers, planting on schedule despite rainy spring
ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- The 5th annual Ivy Impact Gala was held at the Ribbon Town Ballroom at the Four Winds Casino. The event was supported by donors who help local students succeed both in school and in life with services and support that go way beyond the classroom.
The Ivy Tech South Bend-Elkhart campus has 14,000 students enrolled in more than 50 programs right now and many of them are non-traditional college students, launching their careers after overcoming challenges in life.
There was a silent auction for many different Notre Dame athletics items, such as signed basketballs.
There were auctions with trips to Spain, Costa Rica, Iceland, and more.
Culinary arts students from Ivy Tech also prepared and delivered desserts during the event.
To help the causes supported by Ivy Impact, you can donate here.
