Drier but cooler to wrap up the weekend

NOW: Drier but cooler to wrap up the weekend

Rain and thunderstorms along a cold front that moved through the region overnight have wrapped up with cloudy skies left behind. We'll see some clearing heading into this afternoon, but temperatures stay cooler, only topping out in the mid 60s. Partly cloudy skies are in the forecast tonight with temperatures falling into the upper 40s by tomorrow morning. Clouds in the morning see some clearing by Monday afternoon with temperatures warming into the mid 70s. We stay quiet Monday night, but we're tracking a storm threat during the work week. I'm upgrading Tuesday to a level 2/5 threat along with the already established 2/5 threat for Wednesday, the greatest impacts look to be Tuesday night and Wednesday night. Confidence is still low in exactly what we could see, stick with ABC57 for updates on this storm system.

Today (Cinco de Mayo): AM clouds, some PM sun. Cooler. High 66.
Tonight: Partly cloudy. Low 48.
Monday: AM clouds, PM sun. High 74.
Tuesday: Scattered thunderstorms. High 78.
