House fire on South Wellington Street in South Bend

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The South Bend Fire Department responded to a house fire on South Wellington Street, Tuesday, April 30, just after 5:30 a.m.
Upon arrival crews observed the house engulfed with flames.
There's been no reports of injuries to residents or firefighters from this incident.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
SBFD returned to the scene around 8:43 a.m. Tuesday, for a fire restarting in the attic of the home.
The fire was extinguished shortly.
