Repeat offender arrested for dealing meth in Berrien County

Southwest Michigan Enforcement Team

BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. -- A 51-year-old man in Lincoln Township has been arrested and charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and maintaining a drug house, both of which, authorities say, are second offenses.

After receiving numerous tips about drug sales at the residence, the Southwest Enforcement Team (SWET) west detectives executed a search warrant in the 1800 block of Fox Prairie, within the Fox Crossing subdivision, in Lincoln Township, on April 30.

"During the search, SWET located nearly an ounce of crystal methamphetamine, a digital scale, drug baggies and other evidence of drug sales and use," authorities said.
