SAINT JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. --Are you still holding onto documents that you just throw in the trash, because you don't have a shredder?
Well, this weekend the South Bend Police Department can take care of those documents for you, at their Spring Shredding Event, which also benefits public safety.
This Spring Shredding Event happens Saturday, April 27, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at the Saint Joseph County Fairgrounds.
Make sure you bring your shreddable documents, and a twenty-dollar donation.
ABC57's Jordan Hatfield talks with South Bend Police Department Lieutenant, Kayla Miller, about this event.
