Position:  Producer

Description:  ABC57 and The CW25 have an opening for a Producer for South Bend's newscasts. If you're a motivated, energized, exceptional writer with previous producer experience, we want you! You must be able to evaluate news stories, write scripts, and coordinate workflows on a daily basis. You must have previous producer level experience in a news environment. Previous experience with iNews is encouraged. You must be able to work independently and manage others. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate ability to succeed under pressure and bring out the best in others. This is a great oppportunity to work with a brand new, innovative program with a growing television company.

Description:  ABC57 in South Bend, Ind., is seeking an experienced Multimedia Journalist. Candidates must have the ability to tell great stories through words, pictures, and editing. The storyteller we are looking for must have a superior ability to develop, research, write, shoot, produce and edit three to four stories per day. They should work well with people in a highly energetic environment. He or she may be required to work early mornings or late night shifts. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, hard worker, and have a great attitude. He or she must have valid driver’s license and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
