Temperatures swing upwards Wednesday, mild and breezy with a chance of rain. Wednesday evening turns windy and rainy, with a chance of thunder. Temperatures fall through Thursday and the weekend is still a bit chilly. The biggest impact is Wednesday night when a half inch of rain falls, and wind gusts could reach 40 mph.
