More sunshine is expected today, along with the continued heat and humidity. A slight chance of a pop-up, PM storm is still in the forecast today and tomorrow, but a lot of us will stay dry this weekend. If a few storms do form over the weekend, a strong one with small hail and high wind is possible. Better storm chances arrive for the middle of the work week as a stationary front remains locked overhead. Hot highs in the upper 80s/low 90s this weekend start to break down slowly throughout the upcoming week, giving us a nice break from the heat next weekend.
Today: Mostly to partly sunny. Slight chance of a PM pop-up shower or storm. High of 87.
Tonight: Mostly clear. Low of 64.
Sunday: Mostly to partly sunny with a late PM isolated storm possible. High of 88.
Monday: Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers/storms early, then mostly sunny late. Highs in the upper 80s.
