ELKHART, Ind. -- The City of Elkhart will mark a historic day with the unveiling of the Benham Avenue Underpass and Second Street, following eight months of construction.
The unveiling happened November 17, at 11 A.M to 12 P.M. at 273 Harrison Street, Elkhart, Indiana, 46516.
