The sheriff's department says an investigation found the deputies involved in chasing the suspects did nothing wrong.
The deputies chased four suspects accused of stealing guns April 15th from the Black Arsenal gun store.
During the chase, the suspects' car crashed, killing three of them.
At last check, the fourth suspect was in critical condition at a Grand Rapids hospital.
The deputies have returned to work.
