SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Blaze Pizza at Eddy Street Commons reopened after it was shut down by the health department Monday.
The St. Joe County Health Department gave the restaurant the green light to reopen Friday night.
It was originally closed down for a laundry list of violations including drain flies, an employee not washing hands before returning to prepare food, and debris accumulation around the restaurant.
Those who operate Blaze say they have fixed the issues and have a plan in place to keep this from happening again.
