ABC57 First Warning Neighborhood Weather Forecast
Thursday, March 7, 2024
One last day of dry weather awaits Michiana today as highs climb into the mid 50s. Overcast skies prevail from now until tomorrow morning, when the first drops of rain begin to fall right before the morning commute. Expect mostly showers through Friday with an increasing chance for a thunderstorm in the afternoon and evening. Winds begin to pick up as a warm front moves through the back half of Friday followed up by a cold front Friday overnight into Saturday morning, plunging our highs into the low 40s. Rain continues through most of Saturday with winds picking up as the day goes on. Gusts upwards of 30 mph, especially off the lake, are likely. There is a slight chance for some snow to mix in with the rain late Saturday night into early Sunday morning, but nothing that will be of consequence and stick.
Today: Overcast. High 55.
Tonight: Overcast. Low 40.
Friday: Rain. High 58.
Saturday: Rain/wind. High 45.
