Ninety-degree highs for the Fourth of July
A FROST/FREEZE is likely tonight, temperatures will fall to or below freezing for a few hours Thursday morning. Most established, native plants should be fine but newly potted plants or sprouts may need to be protected or brought inside.
The weather will be pleasant Thursday and most of Friday before the rain begins. The weekend is wet, windy and warmer. Friday night and Monday are likely the two wettest periods. Saturday is the windiest, with gusts up to 40 mph possible, and highs could touch 80 degrees on Sunday. Scattered showers, possible thundershowers are likely Saturday and Sunday. The threat of severe weather remains low. Next week will be calmer and drier.
Tonight: Mostly clear. Low 32.
Thursday: Mostly sunny. High 62.
Friday: PM Rain, breezy. High 66.
Saturday: Scattered showers. Windy. High 78.
