Damage to the ceiling at the Morris Performing Arts center is forcing the relocation of three upcoming shows including Ringo Starr And His All Star Band Sunday.
Officials say a two-and-a-half foot piece of the plaster ceiling came crashing down. The piece was only decorative but it still won’t be safe to have people inside the building.
Only three shows are expected to be affected by the damages.
- Ringo Starr And His All Star Band – Moving to the Century Center Sept. 9 at 7:30 p.m.
- South Bend Orchestra’s West Side Story – Moving to the Debartolo Performing Arts Center Sept. 22 at
- Alison Krauss – Relocation or other plans for this show are to be announced.
Ticketholders can expect more information on the changes in their emails. Refunds will also be available to those who choose it. Ticketholders can also visit the Morris ticketing office for help with refund or any other information.
