NILES, Mich. — The Four Flags Apple Fest wraps up its final day today, but the fun was far from over. Festivalgoers still enjoy classic apple treats, from fresh pies to hot cider, along with a variety of Apple Fest merchandise. The carnival remained open, offering rides for all ages and a variety of food options for hungry visitors. A highlight of the day included a pie-eating contest, where participants raced to see who could finish their pie the fastest.
