SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- On Monday, November 17, The Four Winds Invitational have significantly enhanced care at Beacon Children's Hospital, enabling the acquisition of advanced technology such as life-saving equipment and tools for the NICU to home program, which helps families stay connected with their babies remotely.
The remote video streaming capabilities funded by these contributions have brought relief and comfort to families who cannot be physically present, allowing them to stay connected with their babies and feel more prepared for taking them home.
This support is crucial, especially for families with multiple children or work commitments.
The partnership with the Pokagon Band, Four Winds Casinos, and South Bend Country Club has raised nearly $1.2 million over five years, significantly impacting the hospital's ability to provide enhanced family experiences.
