Man arrested after multi-jurisdictional pursuit

CASS COUNTY, Mich. - One man was arrested after an early Friday morning pursuit that entered Cass County from Elkhart County.
The pursuit began when the driver was suspected of being involved in a domestic incident.
The Cass County Sheriffs Department became aware of the chase around 3:20 a.m. EST this morning.
The driver was traveling northbound from Edwardsburg before the chase came to end after spike strips were deployed in Jefferson Township.
The suspect has since been taken into custody at the Cass County Jail.
The Edwardsburg Police Department, Cassopolis Police Department, Michigan State Police, and Elkhart County Sheriff's Department each participated in the pursuit.
