Man killed in crash on SR2 identified

Officials have released the name of the man who was killed in a crash on SR 2 in New Carlisle Tuesday morning.
Around 6:10 a.m., a semi carrying steel turn right from Larrison Boulevard onto SR 2. Just after making the turn, the semi was rear ended by a minivan driven by 64-year-old Gordon Lee Mounce.
Mounce was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation by the St. Joseph County Fatal Crash Team.
