NILES, Mich. --Teachers in Niles were given an opportunity on Monday to learn techniques on how to relax.
Teachers underwent a professional development session at Niles High School on the MLK holiday.
Afterwards, the teachers were invited to participate in YMCA classes designed to reduce stress and anxiety.
They learned different stretching and breathing exercises and were also treated with foot massages.
