Ninety-degree highs for the Fourth of July
Today is the last 90 degree day for a while with highs climbing to the low 90s this afternoon. Times of sun and clouds are likely throughout the day with a slight chance of a scattered shower late this afternoon. More rain and a rumble of thunder arrives late tonight, thanks to tropical moisture from Alberto. We should catch a break during the mid-morning hours tomorrow before storms fire up in the afternoon. Leftover showers will fade away early Thursday morning and skies dry out in time for the weekend.
Today: Partly sunny with a slight chance of a PM shower. High of 92.
Tonight: Mostly cloudy with showers and a storm arriving late. Low of 70.
Wednesday: Cloudy with AM showers and a storm ending, followed by more PM showers/storms. High of 82.
Thursday: Partly sunny and breezy with a chance of AM showers. Highs in the mid 80s.
