UPDATE: Parker has been located and is safe

UPDATE: Police say Chloe Parker has been safely located.

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The South Bend Police Department is asking the public if they have seen 29-year-old Chloe Parker since she was last seen at 3:45 a.m. this morning near Michigan and Victoria Streets on the city's southeast side.

Police say she is 4'8" and is believed to be wearing black pajama pants, a pink jacket and white shoes.

Parker suffers from several medical conditions and does not have her needed medication.
