Small plane makes emergency landing in Kosciusko County field

A small plane made a safe emergency landing in a Kosciusko County hay field today.

The pilot of the 1947 Piper PA-12 said the plane lost power while he was flying it.

Fortunately, he was able to land it in a hay field just south of Warsaw.

69-year-old Robert Haller of Syracuse was the pilot.

He was on a flight from Anderson, Ind. to Goshen.
