South Bend Police investigating stabbing on Washington Street

South Bend Police are investigating a stabbing that happened in the 3600 block of W. Washington Street Sunday afternoon.
Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of S. Illinois around 1:10 p.m.
When they arrived, they found a 23-year-old man with a non-life threatening stab wound.
He was taken to the hospital for treatment.
During the investigation, officers learned the stabbing happened on Washington, but the victim walked to Illinois.
No arrests have been made.
