State Road 25 closing west of Mentone April 17 for bridge work

FULTON COUNTY, Ind. - A section of State Road 25 will be closed west of Mentone starting April 17 for bridge work over a nearby creek, according to the Indiana Department of Transportation.
The road will be closed between Chestnut Road/County Road N 725 E and County Road N 825 E through early September for a rehabilitation of the bridge over Yellow Creek.
Work includes a new bridge superstructure, scour protections, drainage improvements, bridge approaches and pavement restoration.
The official detour follows State Road 331, State Road 10 and State Road 19.
