NOTRE DAME, Ind. – A new partnership was announced for the U.S. Senior Open Championship at Notre Dame.
Saint Joseph Health System said it will provide on-site health and wellness services during the Open.
Officials with Saint Joseph Health said providing those services, as well as taking care of any emergency situations, is a big task to take on but it is well worth it.
“To be a health system taking care of these spectators coming in it's a bit responsibility but certainly something we're proud to be able to do this. We have great medical professionals that will be on site to take care of any emergent needs and were gonna be deeply involved in the coordination of the whole event to make sure it's a safe event for everyone,” said Chad Towner, CEO of Saint Joseph Health System.
The U.S. Senior Open will be held June 24 through June 30 at the Warren Golf Course at Notre Dame.
