Warsaw man dies in crash on County Road 200 North

Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. - A Warsaw man died in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of County Road 200 North and County Road 350 West Tuesday morning, according to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies identified the man as 64-year-old Clifford Grubb.
According to the investigation, Grubb was eastbound on C.R. 200 N. and didn’t yield to a second vehicle traveling south on C.R. 350 W.
The driver of the second vehicle received minor injuries but refused medical attention.
