ABC57 First Warning Neighborhood Weather Forecast
Friday, April 19, 2024
Now that Michiana is finally past the rain for the near-term, expect sunnier skies through this weekend and overall cooler temperatures than what we have seen the past week and a half. Mostly sunny skies today with highs in the upper 50s will turn to clear skies tonight alongside lows in the mid 30s. With generally clearing skies over the next several days, the potential for frost will continue to climb. Most of the area will experience highs ten degrees cooler than normal on Saturday with many areas struggling to make it past 50F. If you are heading out to the Notre Dame Blue-Gold game, a light jacket and a hat is about all you may need. Frost potential is at its greatest Saturday night with clear skies and lows right around freezing. Sunday night has the next best potential with similar (albeit slightly milder) conditions. Highs are able to muster themselves back into the upper 50s Sunday afternoon and will likely break back into the 60s at the start of next week.
Today: Mostly sunny. High 57.
Tonight: Clear. Low 36.
Saturday: Sunny. High 50.
Sunday: Mostly sunny. High 58.
