Five teens charged in Sunday night shooting

GOSHEN, Ind. – Five teens are facing charges related to a shooting Sunday night that injured three people.  One of the teens faces attempted murder charges while the other four face conspiracy to commit murder charges.

According to Goshen Police, four people were injured in a shooting Sunday around 9:30 p.m. near School and Middlebury streets in Goshen.

Their investigation led to the arrest of five teens.

Diego Ramos, 19, faces one count of attempted murder and one count of criminal gang activity.

Abraham Delgado, 16, faces one count of conspiracy to commit murder, one count of criminal gang activity and one count of assisting a criminal.

Jonathan Delgado, 15, faces one count of conspiracy to commit murder, one count of criminal gang activity and one count of assisting a criminal.

Christian A Bueno, 16, faces one count of conspiracy to commit murder, one count of criminal gang activity and one count of assisting a criminal.

Alejandro Bueno, 16, faces one count of conspiracy to commit murder, one count of criminal gang activity and one count of assisting a criminal.

Jonathan Delgado was taken to the Juvenile Detention Center pending a hearing Tuesday. The other four suspects were waived to adult court and were taken to the Elkhart County Jail.
