Person of interest in Shasta Horston's shooting arrested in Milwaukee

Tonell Williams is in custody in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin on a fugitive from justice warrant from Indiana.
Williams is a person of interest in the shooting death of 25-year-old Shasta Horston on August 14, 2015.
Horston was shot in her Yukon Street home while her 4-year-old was there.
The 4-year-old was not injured.
Williams is scheduled to be in court in October.
